Help & coverage
Choose a market, then choose a question
Use Search any market, or press Ctrl K / ⌘ K. Search a company name, ticker, gold, or silver. Read the instrument type, venue, and quote currency before opening it. A token, a stock perpetual, and the stock itself are different instruments.
Charts: explore, draw, and save
Open Charts from the sidebar. Search an available crypto, metal, stock-linked contract, or token by name or ticker. Select a drawing tool on the left and follow the click instructions. Select a finished drawing to drag its handles or edit exact prices below. Undo, redo, and Delete work on drawings. Risk/reward boxes are plans only; they do not place orders. Save layout keeps your indicators, timeframe, and drawings in your account for that exact instrument. Export and import provide file backups. Unsaved changes are marked.
Price controls and indicators
The Charts page includes a price chart with up to 480 returned candles. Choose 1m, 5m, 15m, 1h, 4h, or 1d. Drag to pan; scroll or pinch to zoom. Hover for open, high, low, close, and volume. Arrow keys inspect candles; Home resets the view. EMA adds 21- and 50-bar moving averages. RSI uses 14-bar Wilder smoothing. The latest candle may still be forming. Historical prices load independently of the order book.
DeepFlow: where are orders and trades appearing?
DeepFlow opens directly to Heatmap & trade flow for accumulated resting orders and executed-trade activity. Use the dedicated Charts page for historical price research. For BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, XRP, and DOGE, the heatmap combines related spot books; other instruments use their exact venue. These spot books are separate from perpetual contracts. Brighter bands mean larger resting orders. Dots represent observed executed trades. Snapshots can restore a book when streams fail, but cannot reconstruct trade delta.
Pulse Scout: does the setup meet consistent filters?
Scan one selected market or choose an asset class. Rankings use completed candles; they are research scores. Only the top three qualifying setups can enter an explicitly started paper session. Crypto setups use the BTC regime check; other asset classes use their own candle structure. Review risk, fees, and the reason a setup is waiting before starting.
Ninja: what context is actually available?
Every selected market opens with its price chart. BTC and ETH also have an Options gamma map tab with the connected model. Gamma metrics stay unavailable without a supported options chain. Use the source and expiry filters to inspect the available contracts.
Meme Hunter: is there evidence of large buying?
Select a pool, a trade-size threshold, and a time window. Read buying versus selling volume, unique participating addresses, and repeat buyers together. Inspect the transactions and addresses. These are large-trade observations, not verified wealthy investors. A busy pool’s returned sample can omit earlier trades. If a provider is unavailable, retry after a minute.
Keep a research routine
Star a market to follow it, set a one-time in-app price alert, then save your plan and invalidation in the paper journal. Alerts check while the site is open. Sign in to keep supported research records in your account. Never enter a private key or seed phrase.
When a feed does not load
Check market discovery coverage and the tool’s own Data sources panel. Retry, choose another available instrument, or use DeepFlow’s snapshot mode. Unknown or stale data should not be read as a zero. The stock or token market may also be inactive.
